SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION

Maison Luxe, LLC has determined the best, most efficient shipping methods based on the merchandise you have selected. Large items, such as sofas, cannot be shipped in the same manner as pillows and other small items. For example, a sofa will ship via a trusted freight carrier and a pillow will ship via UPS or FedEx. We've selected the best professional carriers to ensure that your order arrives to you in excellent condition and in a timely manner. We will let you know the method of shipping at the time of your order. All of the shipping options immediately below apply to shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. SHIPPING OPTIONS

White Glove Delivery – Furniture can be shipped via white glove delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. They will bring the piece to your room of choice, unwrap, inspect and assemble the furniture. After you have approved, they will take all debris with them. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.

Threshold Delivery – Furniture can be shipped via threshold delivery anywhere within the United States. The delivery company will call to set up a four hour window for delivery. The delivery service will bring the piece of furniture to the first dry/secure area. Typically, this is a garage, covered porch, lobby or residential receiving dock. Please be sure to inspect carefully prior to signing the delivery paperwork.

Dock to Dock Delivery – Furniture can be shipped dock to dock for both domestic and international locations. A dock to dock delivery must be delivered to a full access loading dock. This option is not available in residential areas.

Standard Delivery - Most non-furniture items can ship via Standard UPS Delivery

Expedited Delivery – Most non-furniture items can ship via Expedited UPS Delivery

DOMESTIC DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

White Glove delivery for custom furniture orders will be scheduled upon completion of custom fabrication. Delivery is typically scheduled within 10 business days of order completion

White Glove delivery for non-custom furniture orders are typically scheduled within 10 business days of order

Threshold and door to door deliveries will reduce shipping time. Please inquire.

Standard Delivery will arrive in three to five business days

Expedited Delivery will arrive via UPS within two business days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipments to AK, HI, other U.S. offshore destinations and international freight shipments will typically arrive in four to six weeks. Please confirm that your order is eligible for overseas shipment before completing your order by emailing us at hello@maisonluxe.net

Standard UPS international shipments will arrive in 10-17 business days.

Items shipped to international addresses are subject to additional charges depending on destination, local duties and taxes. Please email hello@maisonluxe.net for additional information and shipping quotes.

RETURN POLICY

We take great pride in the merchandise we offer, but understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item on occasion. Please contact us at hello@maisonluxe.net within three (3) days of receipt of your order if you would like to return it. All returns are at the sole discretion of Maison Luxe. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be deducted from your refund. All items sent back to Maison Luxe MUST be sent with full insurance value for the items inside the box.

If an item is accepted for return, please package the item(s) in original packaging or in a way to ensure safe transportation. Secure packing is the responsibility of the customer returning the item. Include a copy of your invoice and send the item to:

We will inspect the returned item(s) and issue a refund on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase within 3 days of receipt. We will send you an e-mail confirmation once we have processed your credit.

FREIGHT DAMAGE

We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, please contact hello@maisonluxe.net within three (3) days so that we may file a shipping claim. Please do not discard any packaging or the damaged item until the freight claim is resolved.
